It's even sugar-free which makes it the best low-carb keto diet drink mix-in for your favorite coffee hot or cold or tea.
Here's a secret... it tastes so good I have been taking little sips of it all by its self to satisfy my sweet cravings! Yummy Pumpkin Spice Latte Creamer - Low Carb Keto & Sugar-Free Recipe!!
Makes 1 pint- 0 carbs!
- 1-pint size canning jar with lid
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of your favorite sugar-free sweetener I use Swerve (erythritol which is an all natural sugar alcohol )
- 1 pint of heavy whipping cream
In a small bowl mix together your spices and sweetener until fully blended. Add to the canning jar. Then, pour heavy whipping cream over the top. Screw the lid on the jar and shake until the spice mixture is fully blended into the cream. See, super easy! Pour into your favorite coffee or tea drink. Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
