Peanut Butter Cup Pie

Makes 1 Pie

For the filling:

  • 1 cup of heavy cream

  • 1 cup of Greek Gods Plain Greek Yogurt

  • 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter

  • 1 cup of powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract

For the truffle layer:

  • 1 cup of heavy cream

  • 3 oz dark chocolate

For the crust:

  • 2 cups of chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs - about 12 cookies

  • 1/2 cup of real butter- softened
